Began lifting in my 40’s and competed in Powerlifting.
Accounting degree but hates accounting and anything inside in an office.
Retired Lexington Firefighter.
Proud husband and father of two.
I’m a second year in UK’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
I LOVE music and have been playing the piano since I was 5.

I’ve completed 2 full marathons and over 10-1/2 marathons.
Born and raised in Wisconsin.
ABOUT ADAM M.
Before the beard and long hair was a Staff Sergeant in the Army with Deployments to Africa and Afghanistan.
Played golf and baseball in high school but was probably best at ultimate frisbee.
Born and raised in Minnesota.
I started Crossfit the day after I graduated high school and finished my softball career at the Minnesota State Tournament (way back in 2016).
ABOUT ADAM T.
Worked as a dog bather and sports official in college.
Fell in love with working out when practicing with the high school football team.
Former college football player.
Live and love to compete at anything and everything.
ABOUT AMY T.
I have a twin brother.
Favorite times are family workouts in the garage.

Have an active nine year old daughter and a lazy rescue dog.
I love anything outdoors – cycling, running, hiking, kayaking, etc.
I have a dog named Winston and he is simply the best.
Outside the gym I’m a chemical federal contractor. Don’t worry, nothing I do is top secret.
I have a blue heller named Waylon and he has more energy than Maddie coaching 5 pm.
I’ve been working for the Fayette County public school system in some capacity since 2013, including teaching and developing and directing The Inclusive Recreation Program (TIRP) designed to offer students with mobility issues an opportunity to develop healthy habits through adaptive recreation.
Love hiking and working out with friends.
I have the best husband in the world.
