Schedule


Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm (Closed from 1:00-3:30)
  • Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Sunday: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Open Gym Only – No Classes)

WOD (Workout of the Day) Times:

  • Monday-Friday: 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 12:15 pm, 3:45 pm, 4:45 pm, 5:45 pm, 6:45 pm (Click for full schedule)
  • For those that are new, need additional scaling or instruction, Level I classes are available during the 7:30 am & 5:45 pm WODs

Free “Introduction to CrossFit” Times:

Our INTRO session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.  Call us to schedule your intro during one of these times*:

  • 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • 4:45 pm – 5:45 pm
  • 7:45 pm – 8:30 pm

*Availability is limited so make sure you call us in advance to schedule your intro!

Yoga with “E”:

Yoga classes are held in the Group X Room on the following days:

  • Mondays at 5:30 pm
  • Saturdays at 9:15 am

“Share the Pain” Saturdays:

Every Saturday is “Share the Pain Saturday”, when you can bring a friend to check out CrossFit Maximus for free!  All three WODs on Saturday, at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, and 3:00 pm, are completely scalable to any fitness level making it the perfect opportunity for someone new to CrossFit to participate!  Contact us if you have any questions!

Daycare Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:15 am to 10:45 am and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 am
  • Sunday: No daycare available

Special Classes:

Mondays:

“Cardio Kickboxing”  A great cardio workout, mixed with basic kickboxing techniques.  You will learn basic punches, kicks and combinations.  No experience necessary.  6:45 pm-7:45 pm

Wednesdays:

“Triple Play”  The best of both worlds: Cardio and sculpting.  Equally train your cardiovascular system while sculpting your lower and upper body with hand weights.  A fantastic interval class.  6:45 pm-7:45 pm

Thursdays:

“Jump-N-Jab”  A real calorie scorcher!  Intervals of jump-rope and basic cardio kickboxing.  You do not have to be an experienced jump-roper to take this class, in fact, no rope required.  6:45 pm-7:45 pm
