Open Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00am to 1:00pm and 3:30pm to 8:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Sunday: 2:00pm to 5:00pm (Open Gym Only – No Classes)
Daycare Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 11:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 11:00pm
- Sunday: No daycare available
Personal Training
At CrossFit Maximus, you never pay extra for a personal trainer, all coaching is included in your membership. Our CrossFit certified coaches are always available to encourage and instruct you during your workouts. From your first introductory session, to your completing your first pull-up, we are available to coach you during every workout. Special Classes
Mondays:
“Cardio Kickboxing” A great cardio workout, mixed with basic kickboxing techniques. You will learn basic punches, kicks and combinations. No experience necessary. 6:30pm-7:30pm
Wednesdays:
“Triple Play” The best of both worlds: Cardio and sculpting. Equally train your cardiovascular system while sculpting your lower and upper body with hand weights. A fantastic interval class. 6:30pm-7:30pm
Thursdays:
“Jump-N-Jab” A real calorie scorcher! Intervals of jump-rope and basic cardio kickboxing. You do not have to be an experienced jump-roper to take this class, in fact, no rope required. 6:30pm-7:30pm
