CrossFit is as competitive as you want it to be!
You’re in a class with 10-15 other CrossFitters. The work out is “Fight Gone Bad”, a 15 minute workout that is designed to simulate 3 rounds of an MMA fight.
The trainer yells “3-2-1 GO!” and the music starts. Everyone works to complete all reps for time. You realize that this is just as much of a competition as it is a workout.
As is true with any competition, that athlete is motivated to change their lifestyle to get better.
