Tours: We offer free tours at either location during normal business hours. Be careful when you come in, you might get the urge to start doing push-ups.
Getting Started with Maximus:
The way to begin your training at Maximus is with a one on one introductory session with a Maximus coach. These are by appointment only. Please Call us at (859) 317-9568 -or- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your session.
Why an Intro session?
Our Intro sessions are with one of our experienced, CrossFit certified coaches, during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience.
What’s after the Intro?
After the Intro Session, you can discuss with our staff one of the several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.
