Share the Pain (STP) Saturday is a chance for CrossFit Maximus members to bring a friend or two to try out the CrossFit training methodology. So many people are excited to find a program that is fun, effective and isn’t boring like most conventional workouts, and want to share their experience with their friends and family.
If you become a CrossFit Member and would like to bring a friend with you to a Saturday WOD (Workout of the Day), please be sure to find a CFM coach after your workout, give them your feedback, and discuss setting up a one on one training session to further introduce them to our program!
All three WODs on Share the Pain Saturday, at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm, are completely scalable to any new CrossFitter making it the perfect opportunity for someone new to CrossFit to participate! Contact us if you have any questions!
