CROSSFIT – THE CORE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM OF CROSSFIT MAXIMUS

CrossFit is our passion, and is the core program of CrossFit Maximus.  It’s a combination of metabolic conditioning (cardio), weightlifting (strength), and gymnastics (flexibility).  It’s is all wrapped up in an hour long (approx) group workout that includes a warmup, instructional skill session, the WOD (Workout Of the Day), and an optional cash-out.  No need to plan or stress about what you are going to do on any given day, you just show up.  The workout is different every day, and it is coached by certified coaches, every day.  Our program is second to none if you are looking for a workout that isn’t boring and repetitive.  It will get you in the best shape of your life!

MAXIMUS BOOT CAMP – POWERED BY KATHY CHILDRESS:

Boot Camp is a high-intensity core strength and conditioning program that delivers GUARANTEED RESULTS. This one-hour workout will challenge your body in a variety of ways. Our program focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  For more information, click here!

KIDFIT (COMING SOON):

Soon to be one of CrossFit Maximus’ newest programs, offers fundamental fitness, nutrition and lots of fun for kids ages 5-11.  Classes are scheduled to begin at the beginning of the new year!
