Kellie is a Certified Level I CrossFit instructor and works as a kindergarten teacher at Clear Creek Elementary is Shelby County.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky in 2003 and earned a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Reading and Writing in August 2009. Kellie began doing CrossFit in March 2009 when looking for a more inspirational workout plan and a lifestyle change.  Kellie became Level 1 certified in May 2010 and began working with KidFit in June 2010.  Kellie continues to believe in CrossFit because “…of its scalability for children and adults alike.  It not only builds the physical capacity of individuals, but their mental and emotional capacities as well to give them what it takes to push through any situation.”
