Warm up to 75% of your best snatch – then – do 20 reps in as few sets as possible.
- then -
3 rounds:
Run 400m
21 Push press (75/55)
11 Deadlifts (bodyweight)
(add and take off weight using one bar)

- Cash Out -

3 X 10 reverse hypers (face GHD, lean over and lift legs behind you)
