Deadlift 3RM

Max Strict Pull-ups between sets

This is a combination lift of four movements that make up one rep:

1. Deadlift from floor to knee height, return bar to floor.

2. Deadlift from floor to hip height, return bar to the knee height.

3. High Pull from knee height to full extension, return bar to the floor.

4. Power Clean

Perform 3 reps per set.

*Start with a light weight to learn progression

*Work up to the heaviest set of 3 reps possible.

Maximus taking donations and supplies for E. KY. tornado victims – HELP OUT!

CrossFit Maximus is working with Crossroads Christian Church and Operation UNITE, to collect donations and supplies for the recent tornado victims of Eastern Kentucky.  Read more about the story -here-.  We will be collecting donations and supplies at CrossFit Maximus for the next two weeks.  The following items will be accepted:

  • Blankets
  • Towels
  • Wash Cloths
  • Hygiene items
  • Clothing (please wash it first)
  • Food (non-perishable items only please)
If you do not live in the area, your help will still be greatly appreciated to those affected, we can take donations online through our Paypal donations account.  The email address to use is donations@crossfitmaximus.com.  You can also donate directly using the button below.

We will also take monetary donations at CFM that will be able to be charged to your account.
