9.    Do some type of dynamic warm up for 5-8 minutes before you start lifting heavy. This should include low intensity hopping drills, leg swings, isometric bridging exercises, activation drills, etc.

* We pretty much cover this every training session.  Just remember that you can utilize the mobility warm-up for active recovery on your rest days!

  1. Hey I liked candy, it was different and I did 27 reps. BTW I got several positive comments when I pimped Mr Freeman’s barbell club tee shirt at Thursday night live last week. Maybe that makes me “more useful in general”
