“Death By Wall Ball”
1 wall ball the first minute, 2 wall balls the second minute, 3 wall balls the third minute…. continue as long as you are able. Use as many sets as necessary to complete your reps in that minute. Score equals number of minutes you completed.

Have you every done a workout by yourself, and then done the same workout in a group environment or with a buddy. I guarantee that you would see a difference.
