You DO NOT want too much of a good thing

This will lead to under-recovery, lack of motivation to train, and worst of all INJURIES

Above all, monitor your level of intensity and make sure that you go hard some days, and go light others

  1. I wasn’t able to do the Filthy 25 yesterday and I’d really like to do it today. Is there anyone interested in doing that WOD this evening with me at about 545? I think I’ll perform better with some company!
