AMRAP in 20 minutes:

20 KB Swings

15 Burpees

10 Pull-ups

We had a saying in the Marine Corps, “self aid, buddy aid, corpsman aid.”  When you suspect you are injured it is your responsiblity to not ignore that fact.  Use that as a signal to re-evaluate.  Your first step in treating a possible muscle strain or ache is reducing inflammation.

This is the simplest and most cost effective way to do that

It’s an ice cup.  It will save you lots of $$$$$$$ on co-pays.

This is NOT to say you shouldn’t go to the doctor, just that you should use a smart and informed treatment plan when dealing with injuries.  Part of that plan would be to do the simplest form of treatment and then continue.
