		<description>Awesome!! If someone even has the slightest inclination to try this, please go for it.  You will not believe how much nutrition can play into your overall health and well being.  It takes a little bit of work up front, but once you get use to eating this way, the benefits far outweigh any possible downside.  Everyone at CFM takes the time to improve thier health through exercise, so why would you hinder that progress with poor nutrition?
