Bench Press

5-5-5 sets across

Followed by…

10 rounds for time:

5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Affiliate Team Training

3 Rounds:

500m Row @ 75% effort, rest 2 min.

Foam Roll/Stretch
