AJ, I just read your post from yesterday, and I am in full agreement on the oblique thing, as well as every other part of my body! I am glad that yesterday was an off day for me, because the sprints tore me up worse than anything I’ve done recently. Even the muscles in my feet and shins are tight!
That being said, I can’t wait to get back to 100% and try them again. I might have to try yesterdays wod, because it looks too good to pass up.
