  3. 30 MUs 4:15. Dropped 3:00 since last time. I think there is something to this CrossFit thing.

  4. You mean you dropped 3 min off your time without doing MU’s everyday!!?? I guess that blows my theory that I should run 5 miles/day to get better at running! Dang! ;)

  5. This was a deceptively tough WOD. The thrusters were the beginning of a downward spiral for me. Good times!
