  5. Lots of PRs tonight on the baseline. The marines both dropped over a minute after one month. 3:41Rxd (PR).

  6. I wasn’t sure where to start on the OHS, or what I would be comfortable with at straight sets of 5, so I just did sets until I couldn’t!

    I got 5@155, 5@165, and then I finished out 3@175 before losing my balance. I really think I can do more if I can just control the bar long enough!

    Matt, I got a PR last night too (3:49), and then dropped like 20 secs on my second set to around 4:09-4:10. I’ll take a 4:00 minute average though!

    You guys doing the sectionals has really pumped me up! I needed a boost, and you all gave it to me! Keep up the hard work…
