		<description>Congrats to Sharp for kicking a## on Karen today. 150 wall balls for time with a 20 lb wall ball. 6:04 was him time awesome job!!!

Not sure Id want to do to the WOD Fielding, Sammy, and AJ attacked today. Rest day for me just working on double unders, and running 2.5 miles was good enough for me.</description>
