Note to self: Don’t miss the programmed WODs two weeks in a row and workout at home (although unavoidable due to being out of town, weather, sick kids). After yesterdays wall balls and KB swings and FGB today, rigamortis has officially set into my shoulders and thighs.
Is the intended programming to include the affiliate trainees performing the AMRAP as well as the 2000 M Row?
Affiliate Programming is just 2K Row at recovery pace. I know, I was shocked too!

Paul looks to rebound after a crushing loss v. Sammy in Nate today at 5:30 (right after winter box squats)!

OK. Open challenge to the gym and Sammy: Hero WOD Nate at 5:30 or as soon as I can get in from Eastern KY:
2 muscle ups, 4 hand stand pushups, 8 KB swings (Do we have 2 2 poods Sammy?); AMRAP 20 minutes. Shirts are optional esp for the women competing.
Dieme, this may be your shot to take the old man down.

Count me in on the Nate throw down. I have a 2pood at home, I’ll bring it in with the coaches permission. Someone please bring tape. I’m out but have a case on order and will pay you back.

P.S. This wod is a kick in the bag! Way to go today 12:15 class! And way to go Lisa Hill with 14 rounds Rxd! She took off at “Fran” pace and just never stopped, it was crazy.

Nice work Lisa! I’m starting to think Hyperfit is a lunatic. C&J after today’s wod is going to be an issue. Today was horribly wonderful. I showed up late and wodded with Eshkra (sorry for the spelling mistakes), and she buried me, awesome work out partner. I finished round 12 at about 25:20. The only thing that kept me going was focusing on my hate for the Monkey Joe bad parkers. I must have passed by 6 double parked mini-vans on my way to the Pak Rat parking area. My 2010 goal is to bribe Todd & Landis into a mini-van flipping contest.
At least Dz resurfaced!
Congrats to Paul and Fielding for whipping Sammy and me into the ground on muscle ups
I am officially beat after finishing Nate I was talked into doing todays WOD. I completed 16 rds in 25 minutes I will feel it tomorrow. Thanks Brad and Lincoln for talking my dumb### into doing a second WOD.
Paul I am game for any WOD now with muscle ups. You pick the WOD I will attempt it.
Two more weeks till sectionals, and I feel alot more confident on muscle ups now especially when I am fresh and rested.
The burning question is Lisa, Jennifer, and Todd D. going to enter? Decisions decisions decisions? Landis and Sweat should enter toooooooooo.
Thanks Kris and AJ!! This whole week has been crazy and insanely tough—starting with the mock qualifier last Saturday. Everyone has risen to the challenge of each brutal WOD this week! Shew–very glad to have a rest day tomorrow!!! Much much needed.
