		<description>The mobility was great.  I will definitely be incorporating it into my warm-up from now on.  Front squats were nice, but I ran out of time.  I only got in one good set of 3, and that was at 235lbs.

Fran followed, and as usual it sucked!  That being said I did PR at 3:52 (sub 4 finally).</description>

		<description>Here is another endorsement for Kelli and MassageFit.    I screwed up my neck over the weekend, and since then have had a lot of pain with very limited mobility.  Kelli worked on it tonight for a half hour and I left feeling much better.  Two hours later and I&#039;ve got much more mobility, much less pain.

Great job Kelli!  After my first MassageFit experience, it is obvious that a massage should be a regular part of recovery.</description>
