“Double Fran”

21-15-9 reps for time:

Thrusters

Pull-ups

Rest the same amount as your “Fran” time, then do the wod again.

Score = TOTAL time for both

  2. Has anyone watched the video of Jillian M. doing double fran??? It’s pretty rad. The second one isn’t quite as fast as the first ;)

  3. I had the privilege of being a judge at the GA sectionals this weekend. I met many great people and had an awesome time. It also reaffirmed my belief that team Maximus is going to kick ass!

  5. Here is another endorsement for Kelli and MassageFit. I screwed up my neck over the weekend, and since then have had a lot of pain with very limited mobility. Kelli worked on it tonight for a half hour and I left feeling much better. Two hours later and I’ve got much more mobility, much less pain.

    Great job Kelli! After my first MassageFit experience, it is obvious that a massage should be a regular part of recovery.

  6. PR on Fran 3:00. Second Fran about an hour later 6:00. Lots of PRs in the arena tonight. Seems like the new mobility warm up worked well.

  7. Just from teaching the mobility warm-up all day. And doing it once all the way through myself, I feel MUCH looser!!!

  10. The mobility was great. I will definitely be incorporating it into my warm-up from now on. Front squats were nice, but I ran out of time. I only got in one good set of 3, and that was at 235lbs.

    Fran followed, and as usual it sucked! That being said I did PR at 3:52 (sub 4 finally).
