Last week during Angie I left my calluses alone and and chalked moderately, ripping both palms. Today I came prepared with no calluses after removing them almost completely with my Dremel sander, minor healing taking place from priors, and performed 73 pull-ups chalk free, resulting in no rips.

AJ, I’m game for some kneeing snatches tonight, but only with light weight. Seriously doubt I could even get up from the kneeing position, but would like to give it a try. No kneeing cleans, tho. Sat’s bruises are not off yet.
