    Okay, I know it’s taboo to talk about weight before we get in the arena, but I was just curious as to whether or not there was an established weight on this wod or not.

    Great little book…read it on a flight recently…”Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” That sentence names the 3 sections of the book and summarizes his idea of what to eat. Another good book that honestly should be manditory reading is “Good Calories, Bad Calories” by Gary Taubes.

    Just stared “Lights Out, Sleep, Sugar, and Survival” by T.S. Wiley. Has anyone read this? So far it makes a lot of sense. Robb Wolf recommends it, that is how I heard about it.

    Freeman, I heard that book is awesome!! I’ve been meaning to buy it. all I know is that apparently my room should be more cave-like (dark, cool). I put a blanket over my window (use to sleep that way all the time) and it’s amazing how much more I can sleep. I honestly think sleep is better than steriods. Got good sleep this past week and pulled a PR on DL yesterday, while having a bit of a cold.

    Great wod tonight guys. 12:49 of pain. This felt a lot like heavy Fran. Sounds like the week will end nicely with back to back heavy lifting.

    Hope this one stays in the hopper for future use.
