I've been wearing the KSOs for several months now and like them very much. I would recommend them over any of the other models. They've been durable and I've had no issues with them sliding around. They also seem to breathe fairly easily. I haven't run enough in them so running is still a bit awkward and easy to overdo. Overall I think they're great for general wodding

KSO's. The black ones are cool. I think the treks are more outside/ hiking/ boating, etc. The tops are neoprene. I bet they could get a little hot during a typical crossfit workout. KSO tops are mesh and probably breath better.

Now, to really mess with your noodle, I got the KSO treks. They are kind of a mix. They have extra rubber traction on the bottom, and the baby (torn-off-while-they-are-still-screaming) kangaroo skin on top. They get a little sweaty during crossfit workouts, but they are so comfortable I don't care.

Paul, for a first (and only) pair of ninja funny shoes, would you recommend the regular kso's, or the treks? I would mostly use them for Crossfit.

AJ. that comment was made before we did some adjustments (good ones) to the timing of the wods, and the wods themselves. Originally, the DL day was going to be on Thursday, followed by an AMRAP of 5 reps ground to overhead, run 100m. But that go switched because it would've fried people's shoulders after doing the death by push press the day before and angie on Monday. So bucket day is Thursday. I hold yours for you if you need me to.

Brad, awesome job on the DL Pr. That's moving some serious weight. I heard the goal is 500 in a year. I'm right there with you. Gonna periodize my training after the games are done (hopefully in July). Starting with a massive dose of heavy lifting.
