		<description>There is a show on the Outdoor Channel (553?) called SWAT Magazine TV that is having a Crossfit episode on tonight at 7:30, and I think a repeat at 2 or 3 AM.  I&#039;m definitely going to check it out.</description>

No matter.  I did some pretty heavy sets last night so I doubt I will be in on this one tonight.  I&#039;ll probably just sub squats in place of deads for the strength wod and amrap.</description>
