  1. Yes, if you are going to be late for a group WOD, just blow it off!

Lauren Plumey is on the CFJ strongman video. She’s a 1.

And Rob Orlando has a voice like Lauren Plumey.

  2. The affiliate wods can be done in one session if needed. Just take adequate rest between. See ya in the Arena.

  3. I try to make it in time for the 5:45 WOD, but it’s rarely possible for me to get out of work in time. And the 6:45 is too late. What should we do if we are in between?

  4. Andy,

Especially for members who are familiar with CrossFit, the methodology, and movements, like you and many others, you can start your own WOD, no issue. The issue is more for people who are new to CrossFit and come 15-20 minutes late to a WOD. There are safety issues and precautions we then have to take that create an imbalance for the members who were there on time, as the actual class has to be slowed down, etc. Anyway, this doesn’t apply to you / others who are fine on their own. Just those that try to jump in class 10+ minutes late. Does that make sense?

  5. Lincoln,
Makes perfect sense. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something to disrupt (other than making fun of AJ).
