I've really learned a lot from last night's discussion and the other session I attended. Heather is a fantastic resource and I'm so glad to be able to share in her insights as well as the input from the other attendees. These presentations are really informative and fun! Thanks for making this available!!

We will continue our discussion from last week on running styles and how it affects injury. Last week we explored the knees and hips and how muscle weakness relates to pain when running. This week I will talk about the back and core and how it relates to to running and injuries. I have several hands-on activities to do that I hope will make everyone laugh and learn something. We'll spend a little time reviewing stretching form last week and what to do if you get sore from stretching.

We had a great time last week, so hand with us tonight. It is very informal.
