		<description>The UK Heart, Sole &amp; Glove 5K run/walk this saturday at 10am to benefit the American Cancer Societies Hope Lodge. The race is at Coldstream Park. Free Kids Fun Run for ages 6 and younger begins at 9:30. Registration is $15 in advance, $20 day of race. The first 100 registrants will recieve a free pair of winter running gloves. 		<description>Each week you all impress me more and more.  I am so proud of all you accomplishments so far.  We have had lots of firsts, personal records, and new distances acheived.  Keep up the great work.  I am happy to be a part of your journey.  You are almost half way to race day!  Take a minute to reflect on what you  have accomplished so far, and evaluate it.  Let that be your drive, motivation, and determination to accomplish your final goal.  Happy Running!</description>
