    Looking forward to the qualifier.

Did original introductory WOD today (3 x 400 M Row, 15 Box Jumps, 15 Wall Balls). My first time was around 14 minutes, 7:56 for today. It is pretty motivating when your times get better without having to specialize at all.

    She is my hero!!!!

  3. Matt says:

Lidsay is an inspiration. We were watching her squat Saturday with pure amazement. Every rep was full range of motion.

BTW. That baby has done more WODs that any other kid I know.

  4. Kellie says:

What a great picture…even more amazing to watch her Saturday and she was doing full KTEs…what in inspiration!!!

  5. AJ says:

Who’s up for knee snatches tomorrow??? This could finally get me a Bo scar, or at least some missing teeth.

6 for 60 tonight. Turns out the cornbread / pulled chicken pre-wod sandwich was exactly what I needed.

    Great pic!

  6. Matt says:

6 runs and 5 rounds of pull ups – 110. It is very cold outside in case anyone is wondering.

  7. Sammy says:

Yeah Matt, I did not opt for the outdoor run, which seriously limited my speed, but that may have been a good thing. I didn’t opt for the treadmill, just the awkward L run from one corner of the arena to the other.

I decided to just set a goal of 20 each round, and I nearly got there! 6 rds and 116 pull-ups.

Of course, if you were pulling outside too, then that would be even more detrimental than the run. I can’t hang on those bars for the life of me!

  8. Brad says:

Awesome job on the pullups Sammy. I did the treadmill runs and started with a 20 per round pullup goal but dropped that to 15 in round 3. Got 8 rounds of run but only time for 5 pullups the last (8th) round for 120 total.

Matt, that is a crazy number of pullups in 5 rounds.
