    I couldn’t make it to the gym today. Could someone tell me what RX was for weight on the OHS? I’m going to attempt this at home tonight. Thanks.

    When I came to CrossFit 8 months ago I could barely or let’s say I could NOT even hold the 45lb bar overhead let alone squat with the damn thing. Tonight I did 108 of the OHS in the WOD Rx. Do the math. AJ, Matt, and Animal, nice! Another great WOD! Good times!
