Loved this wod tonight guys. 14 rounds, Rx’d. Weight + rep count felt great.
I couldn’t make it to the gym today. Could someone tell me what RX was for weight on the OHS? I’m going to attempt this at home tonight. Thanks.

Good job, AJ. I had my sights set on 14 but had to settle for 13 rounds RX.
When I came to CrossFit 8 months ago I could barely or let’s say I could NOT even hold the 45lb bar overhead let alone squat with the damn thing. Tonight I did 108 of the OHS in the WOD Rx. Do the math. AJ, Matt, and Animal, nice! Another great WOD! Good times!
