Blood, sweat, and tears…regardless of rain, sleet, or snow! This will be a great wod for developing form and function on these exercises while still getting the benefit of a wod.

Kevin, maybe you can do learn to do these movements on a rower and add a new dimension? You can’t look like “Hollywood” forever just using the rower. In all seriousness, this guy’s ridiculous. Good find Sharp.
