New Join Procedures

To better serve our member’s and maintain quality control in our group wod’s, we are now SCHEDULING INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS.  If you have a friend that wants to try Crossfit, have them come take a tour and schedule a FREE INTRODUCTORY WORKOUT.  You are also welcome to call and schedule an intro session.  This will allow us to give our existing member’s our undivided attention during group wod’s.

    I could clean and jerk your overall weight, but I don’t know if you’re balanced evenly with all of the brains packed into your skull.

    I don’t think you could budge me off the ground.

    I am going to try to make a monolith out of snow…

    My DL’s 1RM is 230#. As long as you weigh less than that, I think I stand a chance to lift you off the ground. Wanna try me, Senior? ;-)
