Varinka is hosting a meeting for those who want to train for the March 1/2 Marathon.  The meeting will take place at CF Maximus this thursday 1/7/09 at 7:30 pm.

    2. Try to eat more often CS’s PBCP and add 10# to my snatch 1RM.

    Nice work getting that one rx’d Brig! I finally finished as rx’d at 34:57. Very tough wod. Legs are crushed.

  9. Just over 25 RX (with six rest breaks); I do box jumps about as well as an elephant during the circus. Everything else was smooth though. Loved seeing the intensity in the arena tonight, from all levels of fitness, great job.

  10. I’m with you Seth! I need to become more consistent with the double unders, especially as I get more and more fatigued. Those cost me a ton of time last night. Everything else flowed.
