Rest Day
Open Gym 2 – 5 pm
Use the rest day to make up a wod that you missed, work on a skill such as DU’s or HSPU’s, make up your own wod, try a heavy lift, have a fun time. If you haven’t been to the gym on Sundays before it is a blast!
You could also engage in “Active Recovery.” Foam Roll, Trigger Point, Play a sport, go on a walk, play the wii, whatever.
I am so sore after yesterday’s WOD! Alive, but sore.
Ran 5k. Don’t understand why some people enjoy that.
Squatted until my knees tracked in like a Buckeye cheerleader.
Nate (2MU’s, 4 HSPU’s, 8 KB swings AMRAP 20 minutes) for 13 rounds. Cool vibe at the gym today, alot of snatching, overhead squats, and Oly lifting work.
Not even all of the gas from AJ’s chili could suppress that positve emotion!
I crushed Bo in the 75 snatch challenge. It must be my new chili & beer diet. If I tweak the chili to beer ratio a little, I might be ready to take down Sisu.
