2:00 Minute Row / Sit-ups

1:30 Minute Row / KB Swings

1:00 Minute Row / Pull-ups

  2. Had a blast with the affiliate team training wod. Sammy and Brad vs Elijah and me. 18:30 to complete. It was horrible. 100 wall balls was just one part of a triplet.
