Nice WOD set-up. I am both looking forward to, and dreading, this thing! Actually, I felt pretty good about it till I noticed the 30 box jumps! That’s the sweet spot in my opinion. Coming out of those and right into the squats will make for an interesting time…

Max day for O lifts & DL:
Full snatched up to 80#. Definitely a surprise. Just last Sunday, I even couldn’t snatch 55#. The following clean didn’t hit PR. Still my biggest goat. Jerk stayed 120#. DL was far from PR, too.
Pretty exhausted after the lifting. But couldn’t pass on 75# thrusters. So did the WOD, but cut reps half.
Team training tomorrow. Don’t feel good about it. Maybe shouldn’t have been such crazy tonight.
