  1. I had to think about it a little just to figure it out. But these PU KTE look awesome! I cant wait!

  2. Working out this week at CrossFit Monterey. Great culture in CrossFit country. 155lb thruster WOD today to start the week off right.

  3. Props to Lincoln on a great time yesterday! I was aiming for you man, but came up just short…6:50. My abs still hurt this morning, but that just means I need to work them harder (along with everything else).

Great wod development lately, so kudos to whoever is behind all of these! I’m not sure if Freeman takes lead, or if everyone lends a hand, but I like the flow so keep it up.

  4. Sammy,

I was sure you and Bo (and a slew of others) would beat me because my situps were so slow.

As for programming, Freeman’s in charge, but this week props go to Kathy and Kelli as we rotate weekly to make sure that we don’t get stagnant or focus too much on one domain of fitness.

  5. Did you notice how close these pu-k2e’s are to “puke?” I did. Actually, if you get into a good rhythm they’re not so bad–wait, who am I kidding? They’re awful even if you do get a good rhythm going.

Awful in a good way, though.

  6. Yeah Brig, I thought this was a pretty easy wod too. It only took me 43 minutes to crush this one. I can only thank superior body coordination and unrippable hands for this impressive performance. I thought Tiger would reappear before I finished this wod.

Bring it on 2010 CFM! So far its been a remarkable year of wods.
