    1. Ling smashing OHS’s with immaculate technique.
    2. Box squatting with Sammy.
    3. AJ creating a powerclean/dip/GHD WOD he uses to crush himself.

  3. Secretary, you forgot to report that I also worked my full snatch up to 50#. :-D However, I still suck @ clean and kipping pull-ups. :-(

  4. It was a good “Rest Day”. I got to work on dislodging my hips (a.k.a. – Box Squats), which are always fun. Then I worked on double under consistency, and became much more confident with those.

    Then I worked on MU’s, which Fielding has been working on with me for the past week, and I can now knock out singles pretty consistently!

    All in all it was a good “Rest Day”, and a great turn out too.

    Sweat is unreal; he did it twice because he accidentally loaded the bar 20 lbs light the first time. I think he only was slowed down 30 seconds by the extra 35 DL’s and 150 sit-ups.

  6. Note to self, don’t do Linda (55 DL’s) at night and then do 35 Heavy DL’s again the next AM.
    I am walking like an old man with a hunched back today.

  7. Great time Lincoln. I did it in 10:15 and would gladly trade more or heavier DLs for fewer situps.
