Yeah, I totally read the wod wrong. I was thinking it was a mix of Helen and Fran, so I did a 21-15-9, instead of straight 21's.

The C2B pull-ups added another dimension too. It's hard to get a rhythm going on those.

Props to Bo, Sharp, and Diem on attempting the clean and jerk ladder wod. That thing looked filthy. I might attempt it later this week when I know I have a day off to look forward to!

I considered the 155# C&J wod, but realized I'm too damn weak to pull off something like that on a Sunday. Instead Sammy, Fielding and I went after the Thursday wod of 400m run, 21 thrusters, 12 CtoB pullups X 3. Great wod, loved the twist on Helen. Sammy's a stand up guy, he paid us back 18 thrusters after screwing up the count during the wod.

Awesome job today Sharp you blew me away on that. I was just looking at Chris Speallers time on that according to Khalipas post. He did it in 12:30 and Jason did it in 14:00 crazy huh?
I could see getting it in sub 16:00 for me if I trained at it for awhile but 12:30 is just sick :(

Did mainsite's snatch WOD: 7 rounds of 7 power snatches, 7 snatch balances & 7 overhead squats. Never thought that it was SB that prevented me from doing it Rx'd. Should you be able to SB more than you can snatch??? Is there anyone who also has weaker SB so that I don't feel myself too weird? :-(

BTW, to whoever happened to see a segment of my WOD, how were my forms of PS, SB & OHS? Thanks!

The only negative to that is the slickness of the PVC. It kinda slides around. Out at CF San Francisco they use steel cylinders colored yellow. Pretty hardcore

If you're a real bad ass then you can buy a foot long 5 inch diameter PVC pipe at Lowe's/ Home Depot for $5 and use it like a foam roller.
