  4. Senior, I would love to attend your next beer social! Kellie, Bo’s sister, highly recommended Blue Moon to me. She said I would love the taste even I am not a beer lover! So now I am so psyched!!! Hopefully I can catch one social soon!!! :-D

  5. Happy Birthday to Seth and Fielding. Fielding I have one grievance, ever since you brought Diet Ale 8 One into CFM I am a fiend! I don’t drink it often, but when it’s around I lose all self-control.

    BTW, mad props to everyone that suffered through the Affiliate Team WOD today! 150 Hang Squat Snatches + 5 Burpees on the minute is NO JOKE! Everyone did at least 80 or more burpees + all the snatches.

    Big thanks to Tripp for pulling me through this WOD. Literally! And that was 10-15 minutes after he did the 140 KBS/Burpees wod!

  6. You all talking about beer made me want one REAL bad..I think I’ll stop at #2. Sharp got me hooked on Sam Adams light when we were in KB certification.I’ll make it back over there soon.My GSD is keeping me in shape running, HE IS FAST. I have to say the quality of people over there is HEAD & SHOULDERS above where I been lately..GAWD I get sick of watching bi-ceps curls.
