So I am ALWAYS super scared of doing heavy lifting days because I have this fear of getting big legs…after people have told me over and over that is impossible I still would not believe them. I did a ton of research tonight and it seems they are right, it would be very tough for me to get big legs with the way I work out and eat…I read this artical that talks about girls and heavy lifting. Thought I would share it for any girls that may think the same thing. It helped me understand why it is good to lift heavy weights and that I wont have the hulk legs by doing it.
