Fun snatch day! Tried one-arm BB snatches. Left arm went up to 35#. Right arm to 40#. Shot AJ doing 35# one-arm BB snatch. Posted the clip on FB. Go check it out. After the snatch practice (my training video is also on FB. Pls give me some feedback!!!), did a WOD from CF Football: 5 rds for time: 3 power snatches @ 75% of 1 rep max (Maybe I can PS 70#. But used 65# anyway.), 6 ball slams @ 40# (Used the heaviest available in the gym, 20#) and 9 ring dips.
Got fascinated by AJ’s power balance bracelet. Still skeptical about its effect, tho. Attempted to steal from him. He’s so determined to get it back that I was afraid he would’ve hunted me all the way down to the ladies room if I didn’t return to him.
Today is Kara and my 1 year anniversary at Crossfit! Drinkin’ the Kool-aid for 365 and counting!
