  5. Did Team Murph with Sammy. I’m thankful this Christmas that we could split up Murph between 2 people. 35:25. The second run killed us both.

  6. My Christmas present to myself was a German Shepherd Dog!!!!!I’ll be back some after the first of the year….I been working out in one of those shiny places with lots of mirrors!!!! Been doing some KB’s too..Hope I can keep up when I get back..

  7. Practiced clean, mainly from the hang position, and then did a quarter Murph. Thanks to Coach Kelli for shooting me doing clean. I uploaded those video clips to my FB. Please help trouble shoot my pathetic clean if you are also on FB. Thanks!!! :-)

Rick, it will be nice to get you back from the fake gym! Look into the affiliate team training. Should be a nice challenge.

  9. My favorite Christmas present was a plateful of raw oysters as an appetizer for my Christmas dinner at the Royal House, French Quarter, New Orleans. (and the plane ticket to get there!)
