		<description>Had a horrible time during the wod, but a great after party!  

Thanks for pointing that out Paul.  I&#039;d hate for young Elizabeth to learn that you beat me by 2 minutes on the wod, and it took me so long to finish that Kelli had to start the post wod stretch as soon as I hit STOP on the treadmill (but she did bring me the bucket just in case, thanks!).  If I eat more fish oil, i think I&#039;ll be up there with Spealler on the runs...</description>
