  2. Someone must have spiked my drink tonight because I got five PR’s. 400 LB Deadlift, 150 lb Press, 200 Push Press, 6:58 mile run, and 4:03 in the Baseline workout. Taking five days off last week and getting some rest probably helped a lot.
