180Lb with a great push from the 4:45 crew. Bo got me on the mile-6:00.
175lb. I had my Crossfit anniversary the first of this month and did 145 max then.
Someone must have spiked my drink tonight because I got five PR’s. 400 LB Deadlift, 150 lb Press, 200 Push Press, 6:58 mile run, and 4:03 in the Baseline workout. Taking five days off last week and getting some rest probably helped a lot.
