  9. Thanks for opening up the gym guys. I can’t think of a better way to start a new decade than FGB! It was so horrible for 17 minutes, but there is no better feeling than being done with FGB for the rest of the day.

  11. LOL, thanks Paul for your vote of confidence, especially since I need to stop eating pizza and donuts!! I am trying to get it all in this weekend, because once Monday starts, all junk food ceases (hopefully) :)

  12. Yesterday I ate AJ’s chili, 24 wings, beer cheese, a tuna roll, a pound of ribs, and another pound of back bacon. I gotta hit the gym for a long chipper today :)
