On a serious note, there is a really cool video on lacrosse ball/ART on the Xfit Journal this evening. You can use a (preferably clean) sock rather than taping 2 lacrosse balls together too.

Ling used 95 lbs after front squatting more than me. Awesome
Secretary Paul failed to manage me a playdate, so he had to crush me himself. He was so fast that he moved to the 400m fireman’s carry even before I finished my 5th clean, and when he started pushing plate, I was still struggling w/ cleans. The 400m fireman’s carry was another killer to me. The 95# bar only stayed on my back for 200m. For the rest 200m, I basically did farmer’s walk. Brutal! Don’t know if I can still shoulder press tomorrow.
Somebody has to carry Ling 400 meters tomorrow?
