32 Consecutive Tabata Intervals (20 sec. of work/10 sec. of rest)

8 Rounds each of:

Wall Balls

Row for calories

Box Jumps

10 yd Plate Push = 1 rep

***Group wod’s will start at different stations, moving in this order***


Score = TOTAL REPS for all 32 rounds!

Group wod’s will divide up into two even teams
