What are your goals for this month?  The next six months?  The next year?  I want to lose weight is not a goal, just a wish.  I want to lose 8 lbs this month, THAT is a measurable and achievable goal!  I want to get big, just a wish.  I want to Back Squat 315 for 10 reps or I want to gain 25 lbs over the next 3 months are GOALS.  Good for you if you can train with consistency and intensity without having any goals.  I sure as hell can’t.
